Keepsule helps a host collect the photos and videos their guests take at an event into one shared gallery. This policy explains what we store and why, in plain language.
What we store
The photos and videos guests upload; the voice memos and written notes guests leave in the guestbook; the comments guests add to photos and notes; an optional name a guest types alongside any of these; and, if the host chooses to create an account, their email address. We also set one cookie — a sign-in session — only after a host signs in; we use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
Uploaded photos and videos, guestbook notes and voice memos, and comments are shown in that event’s gallery and made available to download. A guest’s name (if given) is shown next to what they contributed. A host’s email is used only to send the single link to manage their gallery.
Who can see it
An event gallery is reachable by its link. The host controls it. If the host turns on disposable-camera mode, guest uploads stay hidden from everyone until the host reveals them after the event. We do not sell, rent, or share your photos, notes, voice memos, comments, names, or email with anyone, and we do not use them to train anything.
Where it’s stored
Content is stored in cloud object storage and served over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
How long we keep it
A gallery and its content are kept for 12 months after the event date, after which the gallery is closed and its content is no longer publicly accessible. A host can permanently delete their event and all its photos at any time — from the gallery’s organizer link or their account — which removes the content from our storage.
Your choices
You can delete your event and data yourself at any time, or email us at hello@keepsule.photo to request deletion or ask what we hold.
Children
Keepsule is for adults organizing events. If a guest uploads a photo of a child, the host is responsible for having the right to share it.

We’ll update this page if our practices change.
